What is the European Rural Parliament (ERP)?
The European Rural Parliament (ERP) was established by PREPARE, ERCA and ELARD to:
- Strengthen the voice of rural communities across Europe and ensure their interests and well-being are effectively represented in both national and European policies.
- Promote self-help, mutual understanding, solidarity, and the exchange of good practices, as well as cooperation among rural communities throughout Europe.
- Empower rural citizens to take an active role in addressing the major economic and political challenges currently facing Europe.
In 2025, Rural Youth Europe joined the consortium as a fourth partner.
