On 26 March 2019, the 4th Conference on Rural Development supported by the European Union was held in Tbilisi within the framework of the European Neighbourhood Programme for Rural Development (ENPARD).  The conference on the “Future of LEADER Approach in Georgia” aimed at discussing the future perspectives of the European model of rural development, including the LEADER approach, with the stakeholders involved in agricultural sector in Georgia as well as at sharing the best practices and experience of the European countries
